Spiritual Intuitive Counselling
Spiritual Intuitive Counselling is self-empowering, supporting the essence of who you are and facilitation of your spiritual growth, whatever your beliefs. It helps you find your inner strength, wisdom and connect with your divine self, by providing a safe space to explore your life, fears and belief systems. A spiritual counselor can guide you when you are feeling stuck, having emotional/relationship struggles, addictions or going through changes by encouraging you to find your own inner guidance.
In a session your energy field and chakras are checked to determine where you are holding stuck energy or emotional blocks and then techniques are facilitated, through talking, to help clear them for more balance and clarity. You may receive an inner child healing, soul retrieval, clearing of your chakras, cutting energetic cords from others, or experience taking your power back or forgiving someone. After a session, clients report feeling lighter, clearer and more balanced, making it easier to make decisions.
You will see what your aura looks like before and after session and you will choose a power animal card to assist you on your journey.

Systemic Constellation Therapy
Developed by Bert Hellinger, Constellations often disclose the hidden elements and dynamics behind suffering that results from grief, loss, tragedy and violence. Constellations can provide healing for self, family and ancestors.
Constellations can be done in group workshops or in individual sessions. In Family Constellation theory, psychological states, feelings, and physical illness are often seen as disturbances in the individual's family system. During the group process volunteers are asked to "represent" individuals from a family system.
While the individual watches the representatives move, speak and react to other representatives (with the help of the facilitator). Representative do not "act" the part. They are asked to allow what is present in the family field to emerge. Hidden connections, issues and confusions are revealed and explored. When representatives for the family system are finally in their correct position and excluded or unacknowledged elements are revealed and accepted, the energy of the system can begin to flow naturally.
The Family Constellation process creates an opportunity to move forward into our lives. It can support us in:
- Receiving the love of our parents and ancestors
- Being fully present to our resources and strengths
- Seeing how we can bring familial dynamics to our work environments
- Living our lives with dignity
- Accepting a difficult fate
Individual constellations may use wooden figures and/or visualization techniques to reveal family dynamics. The Facilitator may also take on one or more representations for the client.

Level of Energetic Congestion, which evaluates how well a person takes action on the messages that they receive from their bodies. Energy Blocks, which is the interruptions of the mind/body connection and how our thoughts affect our bodies. Emotional Blocks, which is recognizing unprocessed emotional content held within the body. Chakras Evaluation, which is evaluating whether chakras are open or closed. Recommendations, which entails references from both the medical and holistic community to assist the client on their healing path.
